If you’re over 50 and looking for a program to help you regain strength, balance, movement and maintain your independence we may have just what you’re looking for!

Push, pull, squat and press – all at a level that is appropriate and safe for you. You will be under the supervision and guidance of our highly knowledgeable and experienced coaches.


Personal training is a great option if you prefer one-on-one training sessions to group classes. Our experienced coaches are available to help you with your personal fitness goals and provide accountability for your workouts. Your coach will work with you to outline and define your goals and then come up with a specific plan to get your there.


Our Sports Training program is for competitive teams or individual athletes seeking an individualized program for sports conditioning and training, any time of the season. No matter if you’re an amateur athlete or a seasoned pro, our coaching staff will work with you or your team to get your to the next level of performance.



Give your dancers an extra competitive edge! Join our semi private training that will give dancers personalized training in a fun team atmosphere to get the most out of their strength training.Small groups allow the coach to make sure each student is safe and reaching their full potential. We use free weights and body weight to get results you can’t get with body weight alone.

In this program, kids discover and build fitness in a fun and safe environment. Not only will kids learn about nutrition, they they also get moving and learn functional skills through games and mini workouts. Our classes focus on the body, mind, and soul while targeting team work, character development, and respect of others.


Kids age 6-12 will get active and learn the fundamentals of movement through instruction and fun, engaging games and activities.

Teens age 12-18 will gain power, strength, agility, speed. while increasing mobility. Teens will work in a fun welcoming environment and gain confidence in their abilities in and out of the gym.

Two days / week July3 – Aug 29.
9 weeks for the price of 8 weeks
Kids: Mon/Wed @ 4pm

Teens: Tues/Thurs @ 4pm
